Refunds and Returns
We guarantee to reship your medications free of charge if your order is damaged during delivery or some items are missing. In this case, you should contact My Canadian Pharmacy as soon as possible. Such cases are however rare occurrences in our pharmacy.
Make sure that you entered a correct delivery address when placing an order, as any mistake may result in non-delivery of the goods. We recommend that you check the order form twice before submitting the order. If you noticed that you’ve given us the wrong delivery address, please contact the online pharmacy as soon as possible – we will try to resolve the issue if we parcel has not been shipped yet. Keep in mind that we will not be able to give you a refund if you did not receive the products due to the wrong address specified by you in the order form.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the medication, we will give you the return address which can be used to send the product back to the pharmacy. you can return the products within 30 days. As soon as we get the medication, we will initiate the refund procedure.
