While in the store, leave your order filled-out order form with the cashier.  The order form (see separate entry below) can be faxed to us at 203-288-8892 BUT PLEASE call the store and let us know you have faxed us an order-- we would not want it to get lost among our many faxes!!!  (203-407-8128)
The Grainless Baker offers a wide assortment of gluten free, wheat free products for your health-- muffins, dinner rolls, buns, and now we even take orders for Birthday Cakes and pies!

Your order received by the first Thursday of the month is delivered on the second Friday of the month.

Because of the perishability of the product, your order must be picked up by 7:00 Saturday. 

If you did not pre-order, come in on delivery day or the Saturday after and enjoy a selection of fresh over-stock items.
